Damage Evaluation
The landscape architect is a professional capable of acting as an expert to evaluate damage. He can establish a report and describing the damage incurred and also estimate eventual
make-good costs. There are several types of damage. One of the most common concerns broken plants (hedges, trees, bushes, lawns,…) in relation to a car that has gone off the road or
vandalism. It can also concern a legal dispute where someone has cut down a tree, a hedge or plants on land that he or she does not own.
The damage survey and evaluation made by the landscape architect may be used in a law court. The evaluation would be used to determine the amount that an insurance company might
have to pay the victim.
